“The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life (Before 8AM)” is a book, written by Hal Elrod, which goes into detail about how you can change and improve your life by implementing a morning routine. This is not just any routine. There is a specific set of guidelines and things which you should be doing to be successful.
This entire concept is based on what Hal calls the “Life SAVERS”:
S = Silence
A = Affirmations
V = Visualization
E = Exercise
R = Reading
S = Scribing
