Free Crochet – Easy Fall Leaf Pattern and Video Tutorial
Make a quick and easy fall leave in just a few minutes! This pattern is simple to follow. Just think of all the decorating possibilities! Add them to wreaths, bunting, your holiday table, and more.
Easy to follow crochet pattern:
To make this leaf, I used the following supplies:
With your H hook, CH 3 and form a circle with a SS.
R1 – CH 2 and stitch 10 HDC into the circle (the first CH 2 counts as a stitch). Join with a SS.
R2 – CH 2 and and HDC twice in each stitch around for a total of 20 stitches. Join with a SS.
R3 – Skip the first stitch and DC three times in the next stitch, CH 1, SS into the space below, then DC two more times into the same stitch. You should have a total of 5 DC in one stitch to form a scallop. Skip a stitch and SS in the next stitch. Skip and stitch and repeat the scallop with five DC in the next stitch…. Continue until you reach the beginning.
Stem – CH 5 and SS back over the chain to form the stem. Secure it to the leaf and then weave in the ends and tie off.
