Planning for 2017
Planning for 2017… already! Can you believe that 2016 is practically over? I know I can’t. This year has gone by so quickly.
I am working on my planner set-up for the coming year and I think I have it figured out.
At this time, my actual planning will be done in my Hobonichi weeks. This is where my schedule and tasks will be. I also plan to keep my lists and reference information in this planner if it pertains specifically to 2017.
I have a Hobonichi Cousin that I plan to use as a journal and record keeper. If I feel the need to take a lot of notes, I can do it in the cousin. I like knowing that there will be one book that will have a daily log for the year.
My Traveler’s Notebook will hold my art journals / scrapbooks. I find that I really enjoy the standard size inserts for my journals. These are not private journals… They are intended to be kept as family mementos. This means that there are only happy family related memories going in there!
Last… But not least, there is my phone. This has to be factored into my planner lineup for 2017. I keep all of my appointments in Google calendar and I add tasks into Google when my ToDo list gets out of control. I also use Evernote extensively to archive information.
